Meet Your Coach

My name is Stephanie. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritional Coach at Iron Lady Fitness. I also have my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology where I focused my studies on behavioral change. I am currently in my last year as a clinical social work Master’s student.

I offer private one-on-one sessions and group classes that focus on building strength, endurance, and healthy habits that last. I have been in love with fitness ever since I first discovered my own strength in the gym, and I can’t wait to help other wonderful women find theirs too.

A session usually lasts about 45 to 60 minutes. Your first session will be devoted to assessing your fitness level, taking body measurements (if you choose), getting a health history, setting some goals, and beginning with some basic exercises.

I also offer Monthly coaching plans designed to help you achieve your goals. This includes Weekly Goal-Setting Sessions, One-on-one guidance, Fitness Plans, Nutrition, Motivation & Behavioral Change, and Holistic Life Coaching.
